He always checked in with me at every session to find out how I was feeling and tailored the exercise for that session accordingly which was very helful. It meant that I enjoyed my sessions and left feeling like I had workout but not too exhausted as I progressed in my pregnancy. He concentrated on the areas that I wanted to work on and provided advice and suggestions for workouts I could do at home to compliment the PT sessions.
