With over 12 years of experience in personal training and a diverse range of specialties, including body transformation, bodybuilding, pre and postnatal fitness, weight loss and gain, posture correction, and rehabilitation, we bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to every client interaction.

Our Story

Sharath's journey into the world of fitness began with a burning passion for health and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As a young athlete, he quickly rose through the ranks, earning accolades and recognition for his dedication and hard work. His crowning achievement came when he was crowned Mr. India, a testament to his commitment to physical excellence.

But for Sharath, winning titles was just the beginning. Driven by a desire to share his passion and knowledge with others, he embarked on a journey of self-discovery and learning, obtaining certifications in Level 3 Personal Training, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning, and Level 3 Pre & Postnatal and Nutrition. Along the way, he also became a certified yoga instructor, recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Sharath founded Sha Fitness with a singular mission: to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and live their healthiest, happiest lives. Drawing on his own experiences and expertise, he created a space where clients could not only achieve their fitness goals but also discover the transformative power of a balanced lifestyle.

As the founder of Sha Fitness, Sharath brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a personal trainer and wellness coach. With a background in body transformation, bodybuilding, pre and postnatal fitness, weight loss and gain, posture correction, and rehabilitation, Sharath is a recognized leader in the fitness industry.

As a former Mr. India titleholder in bodybuilding and a certified yoga instructor, Sharath understands the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness.
